Recently I was sick from work for three days. It was rather unfortunate because I wouldn't have gotten sick if someone had stayed at home when they were sick rather than feeling their work was more important than the health of those around them.

I felt so strongly about making sure others don't fall victim to such irresponsibility that I made a video. Check it out.

Funny story. So Ally and I are having a BBQ with friends. Ally's best friend's niece, aged two, had a money box.

She's at that age where she is discovering money I guess.

She has been very excited about her piggy bank. And I guess from what happened to Dad's Nintendo Wii, she's also at the age where she is discovering bank transferals.

I've now had the iMac at work and a Mac Book Pro to and from work for about 3 months now, maybe more. Before that I was running a desktop PC with 2GB RAM and 2.45GHz. I hadn't used a Mac since I was at Uni.

I decided that this change was an excellent idea. I did not need a "Hello, I'm a Mac" "And I'm a PC" ad to help me come to this decision. While they are funny and clever, those ads, in my opinion, don't actually explain why Macs are better than PCs. They just point out flaws and misconceptions. Clever, but nasty marketing using cheap shots to sell their products. Not informative.

Welcome to my first ever blog. This is my second visit because when you hit Command + ← on a Mac, rather than the cursor moving back word-by-word ala Ctrl + ← on a PC, the browser hits the Back button, and I lost my first four paragraphs. Great start!

I've only just recently made the move from PC to Mac at work, but that's another blog.
